Cancel any time
You can cancel Pro whenever you like from "Manage subscription". You won't be charged again, and Pro stays active until the end of the month you've already paid for.
Refunds
- First payment: if Pro isn't for you, email us within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund.
- Mistakes: if you were charged twice or charged after cancelling, we'll refund the extra charge.
- Outages: if Pro was unavailable for a long stretch of a paid month, contact us and we'll make it right.
- Otherwise, partial months aren't refunded.
How to ask
How to request a refund will be listed here when payments start. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
Nothing here limits refund or cancellation rights you have under consumer law where you live.
